We initiate each engagement by gathering relevant data – first, to be sure we are addressing causes rather than symptoms, and second, to ensure we are acting on facts rather than on assumptions, rumors, or potentially biased judgments.

Our work with clients on governance, executive leadership, succession planning, and senior team performance is rooted in a well-established framework of models, methodologies, and tools developed during our years at Delta Consulting Group and further refined over the following years.

We work with our clients unobtrusively and behind the scenes. We personally perform the work we sell. We have an extensive network of professional colleagues we can call upon to provide specific expertise or additional resources on a totally transparent, “as needed” basis.

Understanding Our Role

Over the years, we have both been clients as well as consultants, and we fully understand – and are comfortable with – our role as advisors. We are experts in leadership and governance, not in our clients’ unique businesses. Our job is to help our leaders arrive at the best decisions, not to tell them what decisions to make, and then to support them in implementing those actions.
